At FA Engineering PTY LTD, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Our Refunds & Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Australian Consumer Law Rights

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service you receive from us:

  • Is faulty or defective.

  • Does not match the description provided.

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.

These rights cannot be excluded under the ACL.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products and services (including fabrication, plasma cutting, and custom drawings) are made to customer specifications.

  • No refunds or returns are available for change of mind, incorrect specifications, or customer error once work has commenced or been completed.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming all drawings, dimensions, and details before production.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

  • We will assess your claim in accordance with the ACL and advise on the next steps.

4. Exclusions

Refunds or returns will not be provided where:

  • Damage has occurred due to misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions.

  • A customer has approved a drawing/specification and the product has been manufactured accordingly.
