Most custom fire pits are manufactured within 5 business days after the design has been approved by the customer. Once completed, your fire pit will be carefully packaged and shipped to your nominated address.

Production times may vary during busy periods or for complex custom designs.

We ship Australia-wide. Smaller fire pits are delivered directly to your address, while larger or heavier fire pits may be shipped to your nearest freight depot for collection. We will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
